Four things we will not compromise on

Never heated, never pasteurised, never fine-filtered. Pollen, enzymes and aroma stay in the jar where they belong.

Each batch comes from one forest and one season. We do not blend lots to smooth out taste — the differences are the point.

Bought directly from Sundarbans honey-collector communities, at a price agreed before the season, in cash, with no middlemen.

A meaningful portion of every purchase returns to the collector families who climb into the mangroves for it.

The honey was always good. The market wasn't.
For generations, families in the Sundarbans have gone into the mangroves each spring to cut wild comb — careful, dangerous, skilled work. What they never had was a fair, reliable buyer. Shudh exists to close that gap: we standardise, test and pack their honey, sell it honestly, and send a real share of the money back.
