Yes. We buy single-origin honey directly from collectors, never blend batches from different sources, and add nothing — no sugar syrup, no water, no preservatives. Every lot is checked for moisture and sugar profile before it is packed.

Why does my honey crystallise?

Because it is raw. Natural glucose in unheated honey slowly forms crystals, and it happens faster in cold weather. It is a sign of authenticity, not spoilage. Stand the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and it will loosen again.

How should I store it?

A cupboard at room temperature, lid closed, dry spoon only. Never refrigerate — it accelerates crystallisation. Honey does not need preservatives to keep.

Is raw honey safe for daily use?

For most adults, a spoon or two a day is fine. Honey is not recommended for infants under one year. If you are managing a medical condition, treat honey as you would any sugar and check with your doctor.
